Loving, Embracing, Challenging

Community Dinner

As an antidote to the economic challenges that continue for many, Oak Grove offers a stress free evening of food and fellowship.  Each Wednesday evening (6:30-7:30pm), you and all the community are invited to a free meal that you can enjoy while making new friends and meeting some of your neighbors. Come sample one of our seven rotating meals that range from baked chicken to meatloaf, watch the children play at the special kid's activity table or enjoy our praise and worship team as they practice their joyful music.  Everyone is welcome and there are no strings attached!

The Community Dinner Team also needs help to make these evenings a sucess.  If you would like to help with the serving or hospitality, please click below to see what opportunities are available.  We need folks to help with set-up and take down, cooking, serving and cleaning up, but even more importantly, greeting and welcoming our guests while serving as table hosts.  Volunteers are needed from 5-8pm, so pick a time and come be the hands and heart of Jesus Christ.
